Welcome to Cool Creator

Cool Creator is operated by SER Group Co., Ltd. / (주)세르그룹. It helps people discover and follow curators and, after a separate optional curator activation, publish collections, recommendations and links. Contact contact@coolcreator.page for support, questions or concerns about content.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. We ask you to affirm this; we do not verify your age or collect your date of birth. The service is available internationally without a country selection requirement. Use a sign-in method you are entitled to use, protect it and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account, interfere with security, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity. Respect other people’s intellectual property, identity and privacy.

One account, member and curator benefits

Every account includes private member features. Becoming a curator is optional and requires a separate Curator Agreement and explicit confirmation. It permanently adds curator features while retaining member benefits; it does not create a second account. You control whether a curator page is published. Hiding or deleting a curator page does not remove curator status or delete the member account.

Recommendations, offers and earnings

Curators provide and maintain their recommendations. Prices, availability and offers may change. Purchases take place with the linked seller under that seller’s terms. Sellers handle payment, delivery, returns and purchase support where applicable. Cool Creator does not process checkout or automatically enroll you in an affiliate program. Eligible referrals, commissions and shop sales depend on the relevant program, seller and transaction; no income is guaranteed. Curators must disclose commercial connections and make accurate claims under the separate Curator Agreement.

Reports and service decisions

Report suspected unlawful, harmful or misleading content to contact@coolcreator.page with the relevant page or link and an explanation. Do not include passwords, recovery phrases or unnecessary sensitive information. We may review reports and restrict content or accounts as permitted by applicable law, and may ask for information needed to assess a report. Contact the same address to question a content or account decision. No particular audience, reach, availability or earnings are promised.

Leaving or deleting your account

You may sign out at any time. To request full account removal, open Account removal while signed in, generate a support reference and verification code, and send them to contact@coolcreator.page. You can cancel an unused request before processing begins. Once verified processing begins, removal cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, contact support to discuss another proportionate way to verify ownership. We do not require a new agreement acceptance to request removal. The Privacy Notice explains live-data and backup handling.

Changes and mandatory rights

We may change features or these terms as permitted by applicable law. We present a new agreement where renewed acceptance is required and preserve earlier acceptance records; past use is not acceptance of revised terms. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights, or any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
